Primer/Sealer is a high quality water based for use on many substrates. Primer/Sealer can be used on interior and exterior surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to all substrates, resists flash rusting which can occur with other water based primers. Our Primer/Sealer is compatible with EkoPoly and EkoCoat.
